Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.

As a licensed Naturopathic Physician, located in Portland, OR, my biggest goal is to help patients find ease and joy in their day-to-day lives. I found naturopathic medicine as a patient, having been ill for many years without getting any answers in the conventional medical system. What I discovered within naturopathic medicine was a complete paradigm shift, an answer to my longstanding symptoms, and the desire to share this medicine with others.

My practice offers a unique mixture of naturopathic medicine, bodywork, and energy work to support all aspects of an individual: body, mind, and spirit. The foundation of my work includes bio-therapeutic drainage, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, lifestyle counseling, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and energy work to address those three aspects of the individual.  I also utilize herbs, nutrition and nutritional supplements when indicated. Because everyone is unique, I customize each treatment plan to support the highest need of each person sitting with me.

I offer a mind-body-spirit approach to care because I have found that addressing all three aspects is many times vital to achieve our highest wellness, especially in regards to nervous system regulation, mental-emotional health, chronic pain, and other non-specific, long-standing symptoms. My approach incorporates bodywork and energetic work. Energetic modalities I utilize include shamanic journeywork, compassionate depossession, cord cutting, soul piece retrieval, and past life and generational work. This work is rooted and centered in the idea of compassion and autonomy for all.

A note about my practice: Although Naturopathic doctors are licensed and trained as primary care doctors in Oregon, I do not personally practice as a primary care doctor. I offer adjunct naturopathic care only. It is best for you to maintain an active relationship with a primary care doctor for routine screening exams, medical diagnostics, and urgent concerns.
